Hey everyone,
How is your heart doing these days? Do you feel connected to it?
How much love are you able to feel, taste, and embody?
I have been sitting with this reflection all month.
Leaning back into my heart connection and being reminded by wise ones that our heart energy is a currency.
One that can’t be artificially made.
A vibratory field stronger than our brains.
Could our hearts be the gateway to solutions?
Over the weekend, I hosted a themed dinner party called Warm Your Heart at our local cafe. This is our sixth (?!) dinner event; I can’t believe it!
The concept began with Death over Dinner, and the community loved it so much that we kept it going. We have explored topics like abundance, gratitude, intention-setting, etc.
I co-host these events at a beautiful bakery and cafe in our tiny mountain town.
The building used to be the old opera house, and you can feel in the walls that it’s destiny is to be a communal gathering space.
Our dinners include a gourmet four-course meal prepared by the owner of the bakery (she is INCREDIBLE), and each course is paired with discussion prompts to take folks into the theme.
This dinner was focused on the heart.
The menu was crafted with ingredients to nourish and warm the heart, and I served a heart-opening tea at the beginning and end.

What happens at these events is pure magic.
I am truly amazed by what takes place every. single. time.
People who have never met before leave feeling like best friends, sharing things they have never said aloud.
People shed tears, the space rumbles with laughter, and nourishment lands on a soul level.
It is truly a cathartic and alchemical process.
This theme wasn’t focused on romantic love but rather focused on how we can get to know the energy of love deeper and be more conscious of the ways we cultivate it.
As I said, I have been reflecting on this for weeks.
I am reminded of the deep importance of tending to our hearts. Cracking it open to feel, to express, to create.
Ultimately, to guide us.
So, I wanted to share the prompts with you so that you can take time to tend to your relationship with love. Maybe you will share your answers with a loved one or even leave them below.
I would love to hear from you.
Name a few childhood memories you have of experiencing love. How did you know it was love?
When do you feel most connected to love? What pulls you out of it or disconnects you?
Share something you currently have a hard time feeling love for, within yourself and the world.
If love is an action, name the ways you can express love in the next day, week, and month.
Thank you for being here and for BEING in your heart. We need you.
