It is Summer. It is Leo Season. It is time to celebrate!
I find this frequency is often my edge.
Learning to hold the feeling of celebration and share it with others can sometimes feel hard to sustain due to the thoughts of ‘But there’s this thing I need to fix…’ Or the, ‘Is this here to stay?’ feeling.
I personally have arrived in a place where it is time for rest and celebration. It is time to take stock and marvel at the blessings.
So whether you are in that season too or just have something you can (and should!) be proud of, this practice, is for you.
In fact, it’s for all of us.
We all deserve to celebrate ourselves. We are alive. We are here.
We got ourselves out of bed to face the world. We have families, relationships, and communities that we are integral parts of…and that is something to celebrate.
Always.
Here is your practice for amplifying celebration:
I encourage you to grab a journal and sit in a space that makes you smile.
Record the things you are celebrating from this day, this month and this year.
To take it a step further, allow yourself to be witnessed.
Share these celebrations with a loved one and see what it opens up within them.
Let’s spread the spirit of celebration.
I am celebrating today my ability to encourage a dear friend to keep going, prioritize her nourishment, and remember her magic.
This month, I am proud of myself for listening to my heart and moving to a new place without knowing a soul and I have already found myself dropping into community and feeling at home.
This year, I am celebrating how I have held myself through the deep initiation into womanhood. It’s been so big.
With tears in my eyes and a huge smile, it feels so good to share this and to declare it.
I hope you can do the same.
Share what you are celebrating in the comments - I would love to see you.
Until next time,
Lisa Marie xx
