You are invited to Death Weaving: A Ceremonial Experience
This event is a creation from the depths of my being.
It is born out of years of learning about my ancestors and honoring them in the silence of my heart. It is born out of the craving for community to honor death. It is born from the folks I serve through death and from witnessing the heart-aching need for death and grief to be witnessed.
Working with folks who are dying, connecting to my ancestors, and talking about death daily has given me the biggest gift and it’s the gift of FULLY living.
I feel myself arriving more in my body each day, truly grateful to be alive.
When I’m talking with someone who knows they will die soon, the only option is to live fully.
People ask me if it is hard to do this work & the answer is no.
Yes, it is big and important and humbling but it feels like the greatest blessing.
Supporting folks in this realm gives me clarity on the impact my life and actions have on the collective web we are all in.
This doesn’t mean I try to be perfect or avoid mistakes but rather look to how I can alchemize every experience into wisdom and medicine.
Death has taught me this.
Ancestors have taught me this.
Grief has shown me this.
These teachers have opened my heart to wider capacities of love, connection, & embodiment.
These teachers are just waiting to be acknowledged with reverence.
If you’d like to dive into that with me, join me for Death Weaving this month.
This event is designed to bring us together in community to really look at death. To get familiar with it. To be seen in it.
We will gather for three weeks online to journey into a space of reverence for death. We will utilize the tools of community, plants, and storytelling to open our hearts to the wisdom of death.
We are designed to co-regulate as humans. To explore the challenges and beauty of life & death together.
I would love to have you here.
Join us for three consecutive Sundays in October as we move towards the gateway of Samhain/Dia de Meurtos/ All Souls Day.
A time of the year when humans gather to honor the dead.
To see and respect the cycles of life.
Let’s remember this together.
So grateful for you and the space you hold. Excited to bring our collaborative visions to life with this first deep dive into death. How perfect. See you soon! 🖤❤️🔥🖤
This sounds amazing! Thank you so much for your work!
