Hi friends!
I hope you are all feeling at ease out there.
I know I have been quiet here this winter (more on that soon), but I wanted to send a quick digital wave of gratitude to you all and invite you into a space I am hosting.
If you've been hanging around here for a while, you have probably noticed how plants as guides, teachers, and allies, are a big part of how I orient myself to my work and life.
It is something that informs my daily life, as well as the way I support people through transformation.
So I am thrilled to now share this more in group offerings.
Beginning on January 30th, I will be hosting a 4-week series on building relationships with plants along our journeys with grief.
I am hosting this series in collaboration with the platform Grief Refuge, out of the desire to offer tangible experiences for navigating and processing grief.
It has been my experience that plants help us digest the heavy and stuck things. They do this even more powerfully when we combine them with awareness of our breath and body, and when we are witnessed by others in that alchemical process.
In Plant Medicine for Grief, we will explore three categories of herbs and plants that can support your body, heart, and spirit in times of grief. We will learn how to introduce herbs and plants into our lives in ritualistic ways to bring about deeper reverence for our experiences. We will lean into being held in a container as we explore these experiences.
Each week there will be an opening exercise to come together as a group, a teaching on plant medicine, a guided embodiment practice, and an integration circle for community sharing and witnessing.
You can learn more and sign up here.
Please reach out with any questions. I hope to see you inside.
With love,
Lisa Marie
